Mlinzi Shield Co. provides security guard services, including but not limited to manned guarding, mobile patrols, alarm response, CCTV monitoring, and access control. The specific services provided will be detailed in a separate agreement between Mlinzi Shield Co. and the client.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when requesting services or quotes. Clients are also responsible for ensuring that the premises where our services are provided are safe and accessible to our security personnel.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for our services is determined on a case-by-case basis and will be outlined in a written agreement. Payment terms will be detailed in the agreement.

5. Liability

Mlinzi Shield Co. will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the negligence of our security personnel, unless proven otherwise in a court of law. Our liability is limited to the terms of the agreement.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.

7. Changes to Terms

Mlinzi Shield Co. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
